This email server is operated by Reklaw-UK Ltd on behalf of Ceroc Enterprises Ltd and UK Ceroc Franchisees.

How email addresses were acquired.

Primarily addresses receiving emails via this server will have been provided to a Ceroc Franchisee when filling in a Ceroc membership form.
Alternatively some addresses may have been provided via interaction with a Ceroc website, for example, when booking a place at a Ceroc Event.

Email content sent via this server.

Emails sent via this server will primarily contain information on upcoming Ceroc Events and promotions for Ceroc Members attending Ceroc Events.
Normally only Ceroc "products" will be promoted in the emails. Occasionally other dance related products may be included.
Each Ceroc Franchise generates its own content.

Data Storage

No Ceroc Member data is held on this server, each Ceroc Franchise maintains its own Membership database.

Privacy

The Ceroc Enterprises and its Franchisees do not to pass any Members data, including email addresses to third parties.
It is not normal practice to pass Members details between Franchises within the organisation.

Unsubscribing

Each Ceroc Franchise manages its own unsubscribe requests.
Unsubscribing from one Franchises emails will not stop emails from another Franchise.
Every email sent via this server should contain instructions on how to stop recieving emails from the sender.
To unsubscribe either click on the Unsubscribe link within the email or, if there is no link, reply to the email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
